    Whew – that was tiring! I always read through the wo to see if I have all the eqp, and if I can do the exercises, or if I should still try, even if I know I’m not yet there. Sometimes I opt for the intermediate or a different wo altogether. My pistols need work, but still did this one to get the practice in. I used 45lb kb for dead lifts, but switched to 26lb for squats, and 60lb for heel lifts. Strengths and weaknesses emphasized with this one. I can still only go down on pistols – I will one day conquer these! Great Monday wo. Have a great week! <3

    Hi Zuzka, The Tree Point Heel Raise combo looks so simple but they are so effective, my calves was on fireeee. Anyways, it was an AWESOME Cardio shred wo! Happy Monday! xoxo

    It has been a year since I first started in the Zgym and I am so happy that I joined. It has been a challenge and a blessing in my life. I look forward to my workout every day and it never gets boring. I lost 20 pounds and I am stronger every day. I could not do a pistol squat when I started. I now can do pistols with my right leg with no problems but I am still struggling with my left leg because I am lacking mobility on my left ankle due to a past injury but I think I will conquer this with time and more mobility exercises. Thank you Zuzka for all you do and for the inspiration. I wish I could meet you some day and do a workout together 🙂

    Thank you Zuzka!! This is a great wo!! Sweating and feeling my calves!! Looking forward to using the foam roller!! Thank you for another amazing wo!! After over 5 years of daily warrior workouts, it just never ever EVER gets old!! Happy Day!

    Usually I do Summer Shreds on Mondays but I have a sore throat and feeling achy all over, so I did this instead…13:43 – using 48lb for the dead/squat combo, and 15lb for the heel raises. Good, quick, tough one…

    15:20, way better than my first time doing this. Finally consistent on pistols on my good ankle, just a leetle help in the way up with my bad. Love it xo
