My legs are toast and it is only Monday! That’s a good thing. A good one.

Yeah! I happened to do the same as the schedule today. I used the 35 kettlebell and just did 20 reps instead of 10 and I used the 35 kB for the heel raises. I did 12 instead of 10 jump squats but when my hubby saw me struggling he put on some of my old rock music and that got me through it! I love this one.

This was great! I think next time I’ll do one round minus the jump lunges (to focus on strength) then 2 full rounds! Loved it!

Made three rounds in 26 minutes ! And took a 40 kgs for the deadlift and 22 for the squat and 16kgs kettelbell on each side for the Tree point π it was great π !

OMGπ€πSlower time since I start doing this workout π€13.42 minutes with 55 lbs KB for deadlifts/squats and 35 lbs KB for heel raises π₯΅π¦

lol took me about twice as much time as all the people here commenting, so I guess i sucked at this one. but got it done!

Hi Zuzka, it was awesome woπ despite being slower than the previous time ππ . I did upgrade the weights for the deadlifts with a 70 lbs KB plus I attached to it my pair of 2.5 lbs ankle weights. Thank you so much πand have a wonderful week ahead everyone! π»πΏππ§‘ππ»ββοΈ

I woke up today and thought to myself ” i feel like doing cardio shred today” so i was so excited when i found this workout on the schedule for the dayππ
I used a light pair of dumbells for the 2nd round of lunges and i feel super energetic i think i will try to go for 3 rounds next time!
