This was a huge stress reliever. Going in for a biopsy of my breast after a mammogram yesterday and the stress is almost unbearable this morning. This was a nice release and I just took everything out on those damn burpees! πŸ™‚ Added a Superman Extension to each Burpee to hit the back more. πŸ˜…

Thanks Darlene! I will have results in 5-7 days. I’ve had so many friends, one passed, that have gone through breast cancer before the age of 40. It’s crazy! The odds are in my favor though and positive thinking can go a long way! πŸ˜‰ I am thankful for having proactive Dr. 😊

Well ladies, as an update my biopsy came back showing ADH. That led to a lumpectomy in June that also came back that they found a ductal cancer. Thank God it was small and non invasive, but now have to go back in for another lumpectomy in a few weeks and decide if I want to take radiation or drugs to prevent reoccurrence because I am still young and premenopausal.
I thank you for your positive thoughts. πŸ™‚ Exercise is my biggest outlet just as it always has.
I’ve used this as a teaching tool for my daughter to keep up on her health checks. Your health is #1!

Best of luck to you. Remember that most biopsies are totally normal and I hope that yours is one of them!

Thank you so much! 😍 I think the worst part is that I can’t workout for 3-4 days while
I wait! Haha. I am very positive that I will be part of the 80% that’s benign. πŸ™‚

Z, I have followed you for a loooong time and I truly love most of your workouts, but I really wish you would consider the selection of workouts that you do….Yesterdays workout incorporated almost the exact same body parts as today and almost the exact same type of exercises…i.e., pull ups, burpees, etc. Please vary your workouts a bit. I hate having to scroll through the library for other options. At least there is that. Just my opinion but it happens frequently,’

Really good point! I noticed this too! It is always some time moreupper body heavy than more lower body…. you can not really make progress like that

Hi! I think that the reason is stimulate muscles and increase strength… Consider that those are not the traditional gym workout where you exhaust a muscle group and then you wait many days until train the same again…
As Zuzka wrote, and researches says, if you want improve strength and skills (like pull up could be!) you have to train for them frequently… πŸ˜‰

OMG this workout was brutal!!! The 80 burpees were killers but I loved it! Felt like a superhero completing the workout πŸ™‚ I was so lost afterwards that I forgot to comment even if I really wanted to πŸ˜›

During the first round, I was convinced I would only do one round…but of course did two rounds then!
Would appreciate if you gave alternatives to the pull up bar exercises in the breakdown – i did row plus side kicks plus squat, but certainly there is smoother transition combo somewhere!!
