    I cannot drink enough water to replenish all the sweat pouring from my pores 💦💦💦. It’s about 98 degrees super HOT in my neck of the woods which made this work out extra intense. Super fun combos balanced with incredible challenges…..Pistols and Burpees my favs 😅.

    22:55 with a 26lb KB for the slide lunges. Brutal! Keep the X’s coming!

    This was such a great workout!!! Definitely a favorite. It definitely felt so good and energizing, and I love that it went by rather quickly but was packed with power, lol. I used my 50 lbs sandbag for #4. I find that having the weight on my upper back engages my glutes a bit more, even if I can’t lunge down as low. I definitely feel it in my glutes! I also did some competitions surfer burpees because…..I can always improve my pop ups when I surf. I completed 2 rounds in 19 min.

    wow this was a hard workout for me but its hot here today…
    loved this one i feel so good doing such a creative combo work out

    Whoa! That was a XX for me. Especially after yesterday. I had to substitute two rounds of competition burpees to give my finicky shoulders some diversity. I did the tabletop position where you have to squeeze your glutes and lift a leg. The other I squatted and lifted my 10lb dumbbell over my head. Both very challenging exercises for me. So I don’t feel like I was cheating. I squatted real low for the competition burps and did surrender squats for the pistols. Kind of air lunged down and used the other leg to assist the rest of the way down. I concentrated on form so I didn’t get all the reps in during your time. I don’t know what I have to do to get my leg extensions higher. Maybe some kind of compression exercise. But I ain’t trying to do another thing but stretch tonight. It wasn’t pretty but I enjoyed the challenge.

    Hell of a workout! I could have died in a car accident last week, that does not matter now. You just finished me off. OMG! But thanks anyway Z!

    20 mins with a 45 lb kb. Liked the length and lack of taking it from the top. The burpees repeated but went by quickly because of the low rep count.
