    oh sweet Jesus,thanks for give me strength to finish this killer workout!Used 35KB and finish in 26.04!Almost vomited and sweeting like crazy!I was confi with burpees but the KB exercise just got me!I make a lot of breaks during them!I hope next time to be better on this one!

    Loved this one! Cardio shreds are the best. i warmed up with flexibile strength thru the strength section and then finished the stretch part after this workout. perfect

    God that’s a hard! I had to stop and put my head between knees thought I was going to pass out ! Burning throat etc
    I’m measured 0.5 on my ketostix sticks this morning first time this week as just started keto on Monday, I’ve never had that before, it won’t always be like that will it ?

    No alternate for no pull up bar. :-/

      I’d probably sub with 4 alternating renegade rows followed by pigeon slide – has a similar ‘flow’ and is a similar challenge for core and strength provided your dumbbells are heavy enough. I love my pull up bar but sometimes sub in something else for convenience as it will only fit in my bathroom doorway!

        Great idea, thanks Nadia. I subbed with using my two 15# kettlebells, doing 4 rows with those, then dropped down onto my back to do 4 leg lift/candles, followed by 4 ballerina squats to equal one set.

    Back to pistols!!!(just with my right leg, but that´s something!) happy to be able to do pistols again. losing fear and gaining flexibility again

    I haven’t been very well lately, been trying to recover from bad trapeziums soreness and dizziness etc. However, doing specific mobility and shoulder stretching have helped greatly. But I kept on doing other workouts such as core focused just to maintain my fitness stamina. After 3 weeks I finally got better and decided to do this workout. It killed me in just 24 minutes, after 6 to 7 minutes I finally resurrected from this deadly workout. I hope this is going to boost up my dopamine so i can keep going. But not sure if I want to come back to this deadly workout anytime soon yet:)

    not so bad cardio, still have trouble with proper pistol squats. i have the cardio endurance from cycling.

    Ok I hate it.. i really do! 3:40 behind Zuzka, and prisoners instead of pistols
