WOW! This was totally an X. Used 25lb kb and finished two full rounds in 34.17. Did surrender squats instead of pistols. Maybe one day I’ll get there!

Over ten minutes slower than Zuzka… I don’t know how she powers through those competition burpees, I have to take a short break after every 3-4 burpees. In the last two sets of burpees my form had deteriorated so much that I ended up just stepping in and out of them and not doing any jumps. Guess this is one workout that is beyond my level. At least I still worked up a sweat!

Silly question, but how do you keep track of your personal time? Do you guys just follow the exercise list and track it or do you pause (or fast forward) the video?

Not sure what exactly you mean, but this is how it works: You set your timer before you start the workout and the moment you finish the last rep you check your timer and then put it into your progress tracker which you can find under each workout (except for non-trackable workouts like Power Yoga or Stretch & Tone). The next time you do this workout, try to beat your old time and make sure to put the new record into your progress tracker again.

Happy new year! Was a nice way to start 2019. Not sure what my previous time was but did today in 25mins. Taking the kids on a mini vacation to an indoor water park for 2 nights tomorrow so hopefully that little bit of downtime will make me feel more refreshed when we get back. Been feeling sluggish during my workouts recently 🙁

Just under 26 minutes, but with some mods on the pull ups and pistols. This was absolutely brutal; great start to the new year.
