so swamped at work that i just get up, work, eat and sleep again..
i’m needing rest just to keep my brain going right..
will temper off a bit when we get near end of Jan

21:01 beat my time from before by just under 2 mins. Saw this in last weeks schedule but couldn’t do it because I had a nasty cold but happy to get to it now. Love the extra brutal ones!

Did this today as the one in the schedule looked too hard (pistols) What was I thinking. This was brutal. Got a bit frustrated with my assistance band as I wanted to keep up with zuzka during first exercise. Love the slider combo and very effective. All my windows have steamed up. Very hot and sweaty but set up for a good day. Happy weekend everyone x

OMG🥵😰💦This one was harder then yesterday SS😅😱I am out of breath and purple is my color 👾Slower by 3.59 minutes 😂🤣Last exercise with a 44 lb KB was a killer and did the last 10 burpees in a slow motion 😱😂 I will definitely come back to this one💪

23.27 with 21 kg KB🥵💦Beat my PB by 1.32 minutes 😅😂The KB exercise in the second round was awful 😰🤢It’s a killer cardio shred 😰Glad that I made it👍

BRUTAL!! I’m so proud of myself for finishing it ^_^! I used 25lb Kettlebell (Z your tracker says 44lb but you say “medium” size…25lb was PLENTY for me yikes!).
I had to hold my non-standing foot in order to do pistols that fast, but I kept pace and even did a few exercises faster (but just took breaks instead of fast-forwarding).
