Woohoo , what a killer to start the week, just what I was looking for! Used my 30 lb bell and that felt good! Had to use red assist band for pull ups (damn) haven’t been doing those lately. And wow those 80 burpees!!!!!!!!!

I’m so pleased Zu. I’ve had a neck injury and had to have a procedure and this is in the recovery phase. Not only was I able to beat my PB by more than a minute, but also upped my KB to a 35lb. Great Cardio and strength workout!

I didn’t feel like any workout today but I read so many positive comments on this one and just did it. It pushed all my laziness away. I am feeling energized and completed. Sweating buckets.
I just regret I didn’t it in the morning and waited until the afternoon. What a sensational feeling 💜
