    I did one round in order to become familiar with this one and I will do it on Monday morning I think πŸ˜‰ I couldn’t wait yesterday for it and had to go to bed eventually so I prepared all stuff and myself mentally 😜 to do Summer Shred #41 so I did SS and after that I decided to do one round of this one… and I really liked it ☺️ I used 8,5 kg db each

    Amazing! I loved this one so much. I feel really strong after completing this one. I’m not a big fan of cardio but I know it’s necessary. Incorporating weights and power moves makes this one more challenging and enjoyable for me. Will be adding it to my favorites πŸ™‚ Thank you!

    Really loved this one. Kicked my butt and I am a big puddle of sweat, hehehe.. I used my 20 lb db’s for entire 1st round, then used 15’s for 1st exercise and last 5 of back lunge row/side lunge, used 20’s for all the rest. Arms are tired and grip strength is done! My 20’s are fat little things I can barely get my entire hand around them so that was killing me too . But really like the moves , especially the last one, very fun and precise! πŸ˜€

    I don’t consider myself advanced but I did this at my own pace and managed just fine ☺️. I really enjoyed every combo but the last was a favorite since I loved how this combo got me into the sumo squat, very satisfying 15# db

    for ex 1,2,3 and 4 – 8,5 kg db each, for last 2 ex I used 12 kg kb; I did 25 reps of ex3 in 2nd round and I’m pretty much positive I did 11 or 12 reps of first ex in 2nd round 😁
