- Your thumb is pointing behind you when cleaning the KB
- Keep your elbow close to your body when doing the clean
- Keep your wrist straight
- Don’t round your back when doing the figure 4 squat
- Your knee and toes of the front leg during curtsy lunge are pointing straight forward
- Lock your elbow when doing the press
