Workout Breakdown
Stand with your feet little wider than hip width apart and bend from your hips. Keep your back straight maintaining a slight arch in your lower back. Extend your arms with the dumbbells towards the ground and then bring them up squeezing your shoulder blades together as you see on the picture.
