- Push your hips back and don’t round your back
- Arms are fully extended
- Knees are pointing the same direction as your toes
- Don’t buckle your knees in and make sure your feet are planted
- All of the power goes from your hips when swinging the KB up and forward – don’t pull the kettlebell with your arms
- Have a really strong grip on the KB and keep your wrists straight
- Keep your shoulders packed even when you swing the kettlebell up – you don’t want to shrug
