Elbow Pike Donkey Kick Jump

  • Get into the Downward Dog position with your hips up, legs and arms extended and back straight. Get onto your elbows with your forearms pointing forward in one fluid motion.
  • Spread your fingers on the ground and press off the floor to get back onto your hands.
  • Brace your abs and kick your feet up to get your heels close to your butt.
  • Land back onto your feet, push off the ground with your hands and get into squat so that you can jump up
  • You can make this easier by getting onto your elbows one arm at a time and doing just a gentle donkey kick 🙂
