Goblet Squat Knee Up Twist

  • Make sure that your knees are always pointing the same direction as your toes
  • Don’t round your back and keep your chest up throughout the exercise
  • Keep your elbows on the inside of your knees when squatting down into the deep squatting position
  • Don’t lock the knee of the standing leg completely when doing the knee up and twist. Maintain tension in all the muscles of the standing leg and your abs.
