- Grab the kettlebell by it’s horns with both hands and bring it up to your chest
- Make sure to sit back instead of dropping down. Push your hips back and keep your back straight.
- In the bottom position touch your elbows to the inside of your knees.
- When you stand up keep a good posture – long spine, big chest. Hips, knees, and toes are all in line. Don’t let your knees to buckle in.
- Press the KB over head and lock your elbows. Don’t shrug your shoulders.
