Great workout!! I still struggle with pistol squats. Had to use support under my heels to keep them from coming off ground.

Ugh – well, I saw the advanced was too much for me, so thought this would be better. Maybe I should have just attempted the advanced.
Technically, I got through it, but all the pistols were way too hard for me. 😛

This one was so hard, it was my first proper attempt to do a pistol squat and I absolutely cannot do it with my left leg.

i agree with the other comments…this was so totally advanced…really not intermediate at all. cool workout though…i will attempt it when i get recovered enough to get back to advanced level.
