LOVED this one!! I thought it was a perfect intermediate WO and the pistols were super fun, although I can’t do them like Z does.
My pistols have improved a lot since practicing them regularly but I still struggle a lot more with the left leg and I still have to put some of my weight on the extended leg to get up.

Had to modify using a weight bench to squat too but I can definitely say the mob therapy for pistols before hand helped with range of motion. I still have inflammation in right knee that just takes time but I’m getting there. Little chips at a time. I’m happy with my progress since I have knee cap tracking g issues since my knee surgery 1 year ago.

I feared this workout and when I saw workout breakdown I thought no way I could do capers pistols. Guess what? I did them. They were miles from perfect or elegant as Zuzka’s but I made them 🤗🤸♀️
I am going to finish with some mobility drills for hips and pistols.
