Beautiful torture! I love this series so much because everything comes together in a relentless blitz: strength, mobility, agility, and willpower. The fact that I can now do full pistol squats never ceases to amaze me–this was an elusive exercise for a long time, and the main problem was that I would give up trying for weeks between attempts. Ankle mobility was key, as was building strength, but I think the main obstacle was my mind. I remember the day it finally clicked–I wanted to call people, haha! (I refrained) The pep talk between sets in this wo almost made me cry. Thanks for that, Zuzka!!

Loved it! It was very tiring but very good. I did few less reps and the pistols with a 2kg dumbbell in front of me, but we are slowly getting there π
Last week I was finally able to do pistols all by my own without the dumbbell but I’m not fast enough to incorporate them into a workout yet lol Hopefully in a couple of weeks I’ll be able to do them a bit faster ^^

Aw man. I thought I was doing great: keeping pace, not holding my feet for pistols, but then I couldn’t keep pace with the push-up dumbbell punches. After all the slow and controlled workouts, it seems I can’t do speed anymore! :-/

This is a favorite. I love the ninja jumps and all the pistols. My pistols have improved so much from when I first started doing them. The one leg row was surprisingly a challenge. I am LOVING these short, high intensity workouts since I can fit them in before my family wakes up and surf. My legs are still sore from using the resistance band with most of my workouts so I was nervous about this workout. However, it went well and was just what I needed! Thank you!!

Wow! Love this. I don’t always feel like hard workout but today was a good galaxy star combination for this workout to happen. I am totally satisfied. Earned my way for a good stretch π₯°

I thought I will stay with Cardio Shred 31 but felt so much energy as I finished (probably rest yesterday and sweets todayπ… I know bad bad) , I knew I could do this workout too. It was incredible β€
I used assist band and wall for pistols but it felt quite strong.
I am totally soaked now.

Well I hit my goals, yay! I used my 15’s for punches and 30 lb kb for rows. Still using black assist band for pistols though, ahhhh someday, hehehehehehehehehehe
