Workout Breakdown
- Keep your legs and shoulder blades off the ground – this way your abs will be tensing the entire time which is really good for building a strong core.
- Open and cross your legs twice, then lift both legs up and reach toward your toes with a dumbbell in your hands.
- You can modify this exercise to make it easier by not using any dumbbell and keeping your knees bend went lifting your legs up and reaching towards your toes.
