    Very helpful, thanks Zuzka.
I’ve been on the HGH therapy for over12 years now, as my body doesn’t produce HGH ( why I was pit on therapy so late is another story).
My dosage was lowered few years ago, and thanks again for bringing up the dosage, I will be asking my consultant questions about when, if we lower it again

I wish I could have my body producing HGH and not relying on meds…. This bothers me a lot but I’m happy that it is available for me…

Before the HGH therapy my body was composed very differently… It wasn’t that I was very fat, I wasn’t really, when I look at old photos… I was soft around my mid body, and it used to give me so much insecurity 🤦🏻
But hey… It is what it is, now I can wear tight tops and my brain fog is gone, so I’ll enjoy it while it lasts 🕊️☘️☺️

I listened to this podcast while attempting to sleep. I often listen to podcasts before bed and I should probably phase it out. All my husbands needs is the sound of fans. I have stopped listening to anything that could involve violence or similar negativity. Last night I dreamt that Elon Musk and I were designing an ice cream buffet together. Lol! Anyway, I decided I’m going to re-listen to all the podcasts and take notes then write down new goals. So much wisdom here! But thats’ par for the course in the ZGym.

Well that answers that. I’ll be 39 next month. Despite exercising pretty consistently I have gained about 10lbs in the past few months. I also started eating late at night again (something that has been a decades-long struggle and I only stopped briefly). It used to be a direct correlation, eat at night = gain weight, don’t eat late at night = weight drops back down. But I was stuck in this rut so long that when I finally did not eat late, I still gained a pound or would at least not drop back down which just discouraged me more. Now my legs feel so heavy because they are bigger than what’s normal for me. I also struggle with sleep. For instance, up last night watching TV and eating until after midnight, phone in face until 1am, trouble falling asleep. Toddler woke me at 4am and kept me awake until 5:30. Drifting off to sleep and 7 year old comes in for me to get up with him at 6am. On top of that I eat a TON of sugar and carbs. I used to eat keto but it’s been years and I just can’t kick these habits.

I used to intermittent fast. So now I cannot eat breakfast. I’m just not hungry. Maybe because I eat late but even when I don’t. I replaced my sugary latte with a smoothie one afternoon and didn’t eat late and gained weight. I couldn’t make sense of it.

My question is does collagen and MCT oil break your fast?? I put that in my decaf coffee every morning but typically am not hungry until 11-2 or even 3pm.

Collagen most likely does because it’s protein based. MCT does not if it’s just a table spoon because it doesn’t raise your blood sugar at all. I use MCT in my decaf as well.

        That makes sense. Thank you!
