Jump Over Box

  • Pick any obstacle like a box, bench, or stack of books that’s at the level of your knees, and requires you to jump over with a lot of power.
  • Make sure to always land on the balls of your feet, never your heels.
  • It’s an amazing cardio and leg workout. If the obstacle is too high for you, pick a smaller one.
