Jump Rope High Knees

  • Keep your shoulders back and down and chest up.
  • Keep your elbows close to your body and swing the rope only with your wrists
  • Engage your abs and drive your knees as high as you can one at a time.
  • You can do this exercise without the jump rope as an easier variation
  • I suggest to practice your jump rope skills outside of your workouts. 1o minutes a day goes a long way.
