Jump Squat to Back Kick
ZGYM | August 11, 2014
- Go really low into the squat and make sure to keep your heels on the ground.
- Jump up and right after you land, turn your head to look where you’re going to kick and kick behind you with your foot flexed as if you wanted to kick someone with your heel.
- If you can’t kick too high without losing balance, start with kicking just a few inches off the ground until your balance improves.
- Keep your abs braced and engaged throughout the exercise
