- Stand tall with your feet hip width apart holding the Kettlebell in you right hand by the edge of the handle (so that you can easily grab the other side of the handle one you pass it under)
- Take a large step back with your right leg until your left knee is bend in a 90° angle. Make sure your front knee is pointing straight forward just like your toes.
- Pass the kettlebell under your left knee and then pull it up with your left arm swiftly and grab the bottom of the KB with your right hand.
- Swing your left elbow to the right and twist your upper body.
- Make sure that your shoulders are packed – back and down and away from your ears.
- Alternate legs.
- Always tense your abs to protect your back, and keep your chest up.
