KB Push Up Reverse Squat

- The KB is directly under your chest when doing the push up and you’re pushing off of the handle
- Your body is tensing and is in a straight line
- Jump your feet into a deep squat with your elbows in between your knees
- Knees are pointing the same direction as your toes – straight or slightly outwards
- Swing the KB up and lift your hips at the same time
- Keep your back straight

Are there any extra tips fortune reverse squat? I don’t seem to have a feel for it and I think I psyche myself out because I’m afraid of hurting my back.
This is a totally new move for me and I used to teach Olympic and power lifts college athletes; I only say that to let you know I’m not a beginner. I just really want to “get” this exercise down.
