Nice to have these videos..I so need to practice this..I was one of those banging my wrist and I was wondering how I could avoid it. I ordered my wrist protections but they aren’t here yet 🙁 ….I will try with a light weight for today’s KBW #7

    Thanks Z!

Zuzka- do you by any chance know (roughly) what cakories these kind of workouts burn?

I workout with you all the time but my snacking is terrible so I’m using my fitness pal to get a rough idea on how much I should be eating but their excersise library sucks! 🙈🙈🙈🙈Would be nice to know so I can guestimate hehe

Hey Laura, different for every person I think. Do you think Fitness Pal calculates based on your weight? Heavier people burn more obviously. I always use the “Step Aerobics” option in Fitness Pal for Z workouts… it seems intense enough to compete. For the Jump Rope one, they have options for that too (burns even more). Several ZGym members post the calories burned from their wearable fitness trackers, so that might help for reference! If it’s very intense (jump rope, sprinting, ect) I think you could burn up to 100 calories in 10 minutes on average.

Also I can do snatch now! So excited! I was afraid with my 25lb KB, but when I was travelling for work, there was a gym with a bunch of KB sizes and I was able to practice. I can comfortably do with 20lb for now, so I bought one that size to continue my progress. Maybe I’ll get to use my 25lb soon 😀
