Low Figure 8 Squat

  • Push your hips back, keep your back straight.
  • Keep your shins vertical and make sure your knees are following your toes. Don’t buckle your knees in.
  • Hold the KB by the edge of the handle so that you can grab the other side of it when you pass it under your knee.
  • Stay low the entire time. Lift your hips only slightly as soon as you pass the KB.
  • Keep your abs engaged
  • Don’t round your shoulders and keep your chest up.
