Loving this stuff. I am finally learning patience instead of giving up. i will start practicing with the beginner and watch myself progress just as i am with pull ups. I was always the type that had to have it instantly but working with you is motivating me otherwise. My body is changing. Please keep it up Zuzka!

Hi Tracey! You jsut wrote down my exact thoughts! It is so much easier to have someone explain the steps that helps us to get there! It really shows that we have a fair chance to master those moves too without blackmagic or witchcaft! 😀 Thank God for Zuzka who takes the effort to make these tutorials! 🙂

I finally remembered to watch this video today. Thank you for the explanations. I had been attempting this incorrectly. I just followed your instructions carefully, and I can do one arm pushups completely on my right side, touching my nose to the ground and still keeping my back straight! My left side, however, needs more work. I managed to do one with correct form, but after that, I collapse..Haha. I use my right fingers, like you suggested, to lightly help myself push back up on the left side. I think it is more of a brain-coordination issue than strength, because I am right-sided. Though my right side is stronger, my left side is strong enough, since I was able to do one and a few on the left that are okay, but not the best form (back wasn’t totally straight). MAN, it is all tricep, lat, and ab, but super engaging of those lats!
I’M so excited, thank you for teaching us! I would never have thought I could do this!!
