One Leg Double Jump with Jump Rope

- Keep your elbows close to your body
- Keep your shoulders back and down and your chest up
- Spin the rope only with your wrist
- Jump twice on one leg then switch legs for another 2 reps
- Practice jump roping outside of your workouts for at least a few minutes a day to learn the skill. It won’t take long and you will be able to follow the workouts within 2-3 weeks if you practice daily.
- If you can’t do this exercise with the jump rope yet, do the same exercise pretending you’re using a jump rope. Visualization and going through the movement even without the jump rope will help you with agility.

Does anyone have any tips for rockets? I’m just not coordinated enough it seems. For now I’m doing like a really low kick out and I’m sort of able to do it but I’m not sure if just trying to kick slightly higher is going to work – not enough room to kick straight out so I’ll have to figure out how to kick more up but I haven’t got it yet.
