One Leg Pike Press To Jump Lunge

  • Start in the lunge position, then place your hands on the ground and bring the front leg back as you get into the one leg pike position
  • Bend your elbows to get your head close to the ground and the press back up
  • Bring the leg that’ s up back forward towards your hands, rise up into the lunge position, jump and switch legs
  • You can always modify this exercise by bending your elbows only slightly and switch your legs by stepping forward with one leg and then stepping back with the other instead of the jump lunge.
