Plank Jack Knee Tuck Burpee

  • Start in plank and jump your feet apart and back together then do a knee tuck – from the outside towards the same elbow
  • Jump your feet forward into a squat and jump up
  • Alternate sides for knee tucks
  • Don’t drop your hips when you’re in plank. Tense all of the muscles in your legs, glutes, abs, and upper body.
