Plank Jack Knee Tuck Burpee

- Start in plank and jump your feet apart and back together then do a knee tuck – from the outside towards the same elbow
- Jump your feet forward into a squat and jump up
- Alternate sides for knee tucks
- Don’t drop your hips when you’re in plank. Tense all of the muscles in your legs, glutes, abs, and upper body.
