You can also use a dip station, but keep in mind that dip station pull ups are more like chin ups. The difference is in the grip. The supinated grip in chin ups engages your biceps as well as your lats which is also what the grip on the dip station does. Pull ups use pronated grip which isolated your upper back muscles giving your lats more intense workout.

    Hi Zuz, can you tell us how to use the dip station for pull ups? Would it be on sitting position maybe using one leg to push up? Where did you get your pull up station?
