Rocky Sit Ups

  • Grab a dumbbell with each hand and lay down on your back. Bend your knees and place your feet flat on the ground.
  • Engage your abs and sit up punching across your body with one arm and then the other
  • Control the movement on the way down – you should roll your spine back down.
  • If it’s too hard, try this exercise without the dumbbells.
