Side Plank and Row with KB

  • Get into plank and make sure your body is in one straight line from your heels to your shoulders
  • Grab the Kettlebell with your right hand and pull it up towards your chest rotating your body side ways into a side plank.
  • Don’t shrug your shoulder.
  • Make sure you’re not dropping your hips when you’re in the side plank.
  • Alternate sides.

    problem fixed!!
    Im able to watch them now, I don’t know what was the problem, but they working fine now !!!
