Side Plank and Row with KB

- Get into plank and make sure your body is in one straight line from your heels to your shoulders
- Grab the Kettlebell with your right hand and pull it up towards your chest rotating your body side ways into a side plank.
- Don’t shrug your shoulder.
- Make sure you’re not dropping your hips when you’re in the side plank.
- Alternate sides.
