Side To Side Jumps to Pistol

- Keep your feet together and jump from side to side 3x then squat on one leg with the other leg extended in front of you
- If you can go all the way down on one leg, you can go just as low as your strength and flexibility allows you to
- If you’re wobbling from side to side when doing the Pistol Squat, it’s because you’re not tensing all of the muscles in the standing leg. Tensing all the muscles in that leg will help you to keep stable.
