Side to Side KB Swing

- Swing the kettlebell forward when stepping bringing you feet together
- Swing the kettlebell back when stepping your feet apart
- Don’t round your back
- Keep your arms fully extended
- Feet flat on the ground (make sure you’re not rolling your feet out or inwards)
- Knees point the same direction as your toes, make sure your knees are not collapsing in
- All power goes from your hips – you’re not pulling the kettlebell up and forward with your arms
