Side to Side KB Swing

  • Swing the kettlebell forward when stepping bringing you feet together
  • Swing the kettlebell back when stepping your feet apart
  • Don’t round your back
  • Keep your arms fully extended
  • Feet flat on the ground (make sure you’re not rolling your feet out or inwards)
  • Knees point the same direction as your toes, make sure your knees are not collapsing in
  • All power goes from your hips – you’re not pulling the kettlebell up and forward with your arms
