Single Leg V-Ups

  • Start in the Hollow position with your feet and your shoulders off of the ground and your abs fully engaged. Do not relax and keep your legs and shoulders off the ground for all of the reps.
  • Your arms are off of the ground as well and palms facing upwards
  • Sit up and lift one leg up at the same time. Alternate Legs.
  • You can make this exercises easier by bending your knees and completely relaxing in the bottom position instead of keeping feet and shoulders off the ground at all times.
