Squat to Jump Lunge
ZGYM | August 23, 2014
- Stand tall with your feet shoulder width apart.
- Push your hips back keeping your back straight. Squat down with your butt at least slightly below your knees.
- Make sure your knees and toes are pointing straight forward.
- Jump up and land into a lunge position with your right leg back and left leg forward.
- Jump up and land into squat. Jump up again and this time switch legs so that your right leg is the front one.
- You can make this exercise easier by stepping back into the lunge instead of jumping and then stepping forward into the squat.

In my opinion this exercise kills my quads but I love it!
