Going into favorites!! This was so good. I love getting that “power yoga” flow fix added into all the new stretch and tones. Did it ropless and used my yoga strap. I did LB20 first.
Feels great! 😘🖤

This was so much fun and relaxing. I enjoyed the jump rope portion at the beginning followed by the stretches in between. Also favorite workouts with split training, thank you for this:)

This was a great event during the rain, lightning and thunder …
Beautiful! It made me put more effort into it!
….. I was REALLY looking forward to a mountain bike ride, but storms have been ripping through central Idaho for almost 10 days, now.. making it a mess for we who LOVE getting on the hills!! …….. so…… I came home to my relaxing ZGYM and just powered through. <3
My jr is toooo short, so now I know why I hate it.. lol.. SO – I used my rebounder for the jr parts.
I ended it with a bridge, glute-tightening move, just holding it to a count of 100. I used my hands to really get my hips up as far as possible, and then I easily held that for the duration. For me, that move is really good for my low back and helps blood flow and relaxes me very effectively.
