    Zuzka, where do you get still new and new exercises from? Where do you get the inspiration from? (I am not talking about this particular workout but overall). I love your workouts as they are so variable, different movements that always challenge body in some way.

    This workout was the best! I had to pull out my old weights in the back closet and I’m glad I kept them. I liked the intensity with the 5lb weights and also a mix of yoga in the workout, I had fun:)

    This one was so fun! Loved the cardio portion a lot. and the flying Pigeon balance work at the end. Haven’t done that in a while. I was definitely laughing at myself. 😅

    I Love everything about this series! Makes my body feel so good. The blend of a sweaty cardio segment followed by slower stretches is the best!
