That was challenging. Hadn’t tried flying pigeon in a long time… didn’t quite fly like it used to!
Zuzka, my overhead mobility is really restricted. #9 was super tough for me to keep my arms straight with elbows locked overhead. Any recommendations on how to improve this? I already do the counter stretch and puppy pose regularly. Maybe some kinesiological stretching?

Really nice warmup before the deep stretches. The ankle weights add such a nice cardio and muscle burn. Love it!

That was more challenging than I anticipated! I used my 15lb dumb bells. Maybe I should have used 10. A good one.
