    Loved this workout, the warm up with the ankle weights was harder than it looked 😉

    Forever a favorite!! Used my 5lb ankle weights and 11lb weighted vest. Love the quad burn of all the squats and the downward dog leg lifts was a killer!! The stretching felt so good on the warmed up muscles!! I combined this one with stretch and time cardio #18 perfect combo!!!

      Still my all time favorite stretch and tone cardio!! Perfect balance of strength and stretching and awesome low impact cardio!!

    Great workout! Loved the combos, cardio, stretching and flying pigeon pose challenge (for me, still a challenge…)
    I did this one today as I’m doing intermittent fasting today and feeling sore from the weekend’s hiking.

    I can’t even express how I love this workout! 😳 I love every single move/combo!
    After ankle weights part I did Beginner strength#30 and finished it off with second part of this Stretch & Tone Cardio #20 – stretching.

    I am wondering if it is possible to add other warm up and cool down options to the select warm up section of daily workout. When I search for warm up videos I am unable to find what I am looking for. You have several great warm up and cool down videos.

    This was great, nice leg burn and worked up a sweat doing this. I’m getting better at tree and flying pigeon because of the arm balance challenge I’ve been doing ,but my pigeon doesn’t fly yet! LOL!! Soon though I think.

    This was fun! I’m still working on my arm balances. Although not as much as I should.
    I was able to get down into the tree pose/squat. The balance part was challenging. I did some rocking back and forth to get used to the weight on my legs instead.
