Toe Touch Knee Hug

- Lay on your back , sit up and lift your extended legs up at the same time and touch your toes.
- Lay down, then sit up and hug your knees.
- Try to keep your feet off of the ground for the full amount of reps.
- You can make this exercise easier by resting your feet in between each rep.
