- Make sure to round your back when rolling backwards
- Hold the kettlebell with both hands in front of your chest
- Keep your wrists straight
- Get into deep squat with your elbows in between your knees
- Your knees are pointing the same direction as your toes
- Try to keep your back as straight as possible when in the squat and when standing up
- Lock the elbows when you press the KB overhead
