This particular moves really exposes my range of motion deficiencies. I can’t seem to keep the arm up and locked and drop my butt below my knees. Even without weight, by upper body wants to curl forward. Anyone else find this? Any tips to improve? Thanks! 🙂

Actually I had the same issue.
But it seems that practicing clean and for example goblet squat separately allowed me to overcome this.
I can now perform the OVERHEAD PRESS & SQUAT. Yeah 🙂

I totally agree, Frantz.. it’s easier to start with that Goblet Squat and get it right, and THEN do this!
