- Lay on your back, lift your feet off the ground and bend your knees into 90° angle so that your thighs are vertical to floor and shins are parallel.
- Lift your shoulder blades off the ground and extend your arms by your sides with your palms up.
- Twist your lower body to bring your feet to your hand so that you can touch your heel. Alternate sides.
