JOIN Zgym Transformation Challenge 2021

I’m sure you’re ready to kick of the new year with a lot of energy and motivation to exercise and get in the best shape of your life!
I feel the same way and I know that together we can make a great progress.
This challenge is open to all ZGYM members and here’s what going to happen over the next 2 months:
- I’ll be posting a special workout programs for you guys to choose from based on your goals or special needs.
- I’ll be hosting a live accountability session every Sunday at 12pm (PST – California time) where we’ll talk about your progress and I’ll be answering your questions.
- I will be sharing with you a special Metabolic Reset Nutrition Guide for weight loss.
- I’ll be posting new content (mob therapy, special training methods, or mediation and mindset sessions) each week.
- You guys can join our Facebook group and support each other and share your pictures and videos with the ZGYM community.
- You don’t have to send me your before and after photos to join this challenge this time, however if a little incentive helps you to stay motivated, then I’m happy to help. Take a good quality large before photo of yourself from the front, side, and back and take your measurements. Weigh yourself and use a tape measure around your waist, hips, thighs and arms. Make sure to hold a paper with the date you took these before photos. And do the same thing at the end of this challenge. Take your after photos. If you feel like you have made a visible progress and you’d like to share it, then you can send the photos to me at zgymchallenge@zuzkalight.com and I promise you that you will LOVE the presents I’ll have for you as a reward for your efforts.
- If your goal is to improve your strength or skills and overall physical performance, then you can do a before video of yourself showing where you’re at and sharing what your goals are and at the end of the challenge you can send an after video sharing your progress. If you do that, you will also be rewarded with awesome presents and make me very very happy 🙂
- In the Zgym Transformation Challenge Post – Is where you’ll be able to find all the special and new content or links to new content so make sure to check back every day. I will be also there to reply to any of your questions.
- Our community is respectful, kind and supportive to their fellow ZGYM members. I’m sure you’ll make some new like minded friends.

Is anyone experiencing headaches on the low calorie days? I never get headaches but I noticed this week (2 days) that I had a dull pain in my head in the evening when I’ve had less than 200 calories that day.

Hi Zara, Id eat a banana to help with the headache, and drink more liquids, and maybe eat more like 500kcal in the future? Listen to your body. Hope this helps x

I think I need to perhaps consume some calories during the day, versus not eating until dinner. And I have realized that I need more meat on my fast days. I normally don’t eat meat…

If you’re not used to meat, maybe try fish? Can be a little easier on the stomach. Take care of you!

Hi!
I’m doing better. The headaches are gone. Only experienced them on 2 occasions in the last 2 weeks. The 500 Cal days are still tough because I’m trying not to eat anything during the day and have a big dinner. But I think I need to change that routine…
How have you been Trina?

I’m having about 200 kcal at lunch and 300kcals at dinner. I’ll admit, sometimes I cheat, but habits take time to form and I’m already doing way better than I was before this challenge 🙂
Doing 2 workouts a day is really a challenge but it helps to know I’m not doing this on my own! Sometimes I have to do only one workout, got to listen to my body. An injury would only set me back at this point. Other days I do both and feel like a badass hahahah

Oh that sounds great, Yeah it’s important to always listen to your body.
I’m loving this challenge so far. I can already see a lot of improvement in my body composition (2 weeks in), more definition. Fitness-wise, things aren’t that different for me in terms of strength but I think my cardio has gotten better. I sweat less when I’m doing cardio. I have been sticking to the advanced conditioning schedule so far, but I do take one rest day a week on a fast day. It’s not a big deal.
I am also thinking of doing 3 days a week of fasting going forward. When I do every other day, some weeks I end up fasting for 4 days. So I would fast Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. That should be enough for me.
Since my body composition has changed quite a bit in 2 weeks, I don’t want to see a huge amount of change in 2 months in terms of fat loss.
I’m also thinking of making this challenge part of my routine and do it every few months to lose fat.

Thanks , I also have been looking and haven’t found the workouts either. I will use the reply link from Kayla 🤗 . I asked in the zgym Facebook page but no real answers only a link back here. I hope to find it. I will also go back to the original contest we had a month ago. Thanks Jodel.

looks like this is a new thread 🙂 yesterday was my day 0 when I decided to advance my start to keto diet. I had planned starting in 2 weeks, but why wait? my bloating and GI discomfort last week really pushed to decide this. (probably mostly due to hormones, but still). We are since today into a curfew (at 6pm) so this will again challenge my daily routine as no grocery shopping and no outdoors activities after that time (I workout outdoors)…so not sure how I could do all these from 8am to 6pm (including 2hr commuting) I guess it will be either/or…I couldn’t workout and do grocery on the same days (this is so silly and just doesn’t make sense AT ALL)
