I did this bonus workout after I finished my high intensity full length training to add that final extra burn to every major muscle group. It was fun, challenging and completely satisfying to squeeze out the last little bit of energy I had in me. Followed by refreshing shower and nourishing dinner, it’s just the best way to end my day. All you need is one slider and a medium size kettlebell. Pay an extra attention to your form and make your bonus workout count. It will pay off.
