If you’re following my weekly workout schedule and staying current, then you’ll be doing the 15 Minute Fit Slide Workout #9X before this 5 minute ab bonus routine. It’s going to be tough, but really worth it. Both of the workouts today are really going to target your core so don’t forget to stretch your midsection afterwards. Luckily, our abs recover fast, so you don’t have to worry too much about some brutal post workout muscle soreness that lasts 3 days. Just do some simple stretches like standing back bends and side bends, upward facing dog, or even something more passive using the balance ball. I personally enjoy stretching my abs by just laying on the ball (on my back) letting the gravity do it’s thing.

This was HARD! I usually save the 5 min bonus wo for Sundays before the stretch and tone. Long dog walk first, 5 min wo and now on to reward my body with stretch and tone. Thank you Zuzka! Happy Day!

I’m cracking up…Just went to do Sunday’s stretch and tone after over an hour dog walk and the 5 min wo and realized today is Saturday hahaha! Well, got another great wo out in and loved it. Was able to do the pull up exercise better than last time. I can change grips on all of them while hanging now so yay! I guess I’ll enjoy my stretch and tone tomorrow when it’s really Sunday. PS. I’ve never done the 5 min wo’s with another regular wo so now I know I can do it! Time to do my own stretching…Hope everyone is having a great weekend. Happy Day!

Hi Zu and friends…very nice abs workout. I loved it! I love to do workouts with Swiss ball…it is so effective, I feel my abs instantly 🙂 I did 3 rounds in 12 min and added one more round with 4 different exercises using the ball (1-knee to chest, 2-crunches with leg lift-at same time, 3-leg lifts, 4-front crunches-going with both hands in between the legs)+pike press with yoga wheel and handstand practice jump to the wall. Score below, see you all, take care.
1st time-13th Nov 2016- 3 rounds-12 min. 4th round-17 min. 3 min pike press practice with yoga wheel. 7 min handstand jumps to the wall. Total: 27 min of workout

That was tough! Completed 2 rounds in 6:57, that wasn’t doing 10 full reps of the ‘pass the ball’ exercise.

this one looks deceptively easy but… it’s not…definitely. Pass the ball but wit sit up like zuzka is doing here is a torture for abs 😅wonderful workout 💚
