Stair Exercises for Sexy Butt
Fitness | April 25, 2014
I wanted to show you some tips on how you can work on shaping up your butt using stairs, so I decided to go to the famous Santa Monica Stairs here in Los Angeles. Check it out!
Β
There are tons of stair exercises that you can do to tighten up your glutes, but if you want to take it to the next level and get your butt into awesome shape in 30 days, then start the Lifted Butt Series of workouts with me in the Zgym π

I think it’s nice to be there breathing fresh air as opposed to the gym, where you breath everyone else’s air

Definitely a great way to use what is around you. I have stairs in my place so everyday I am getting the privilege to use them π YAY BTW, Zuzka I have the same Lorna Jane (LJ) jumper/jacket. Its my fave. So snugly and warm π Thanks for another great vid and hope to see more… π

I did it as a chair workout, so I completed 3 rounds of:
1. 20 side step up with knee up left leg
2. 20 side step up with knee up right leg
3. 20 side step down with squat left leg
4. 20 side step down with squat right leg
5. 40 step up with knee up alternating legs
6. 20 high jump on the chair
7. 20 curtsey lunge with knee up left leg
8. 20 curtsey lunge with knee up right leg
9. 20 step up with knee up and step down with backward lunge left leg
10. 20 step up with knee up and step down with backward lunge right leg
+ 100 chair toe taps at the end of workout.
It took me 35:05.
Thanks a lot Zu!
